Size interpretation

To what measurement do the size options for this part refer? I assume these are to mount mudguard stays to front fork stanchions, and I infer from that that the measurement is the longest diameter of the stanchion. Is this correct?
Hi, the size option measurements refer to minimum and maximum tube diameters that the clamp will wrap around. They are intended to be used to mount SKS mudguards to fork legs and frame seat stays. They are SKS's version of a P clip. Thanks.
