- In-built and replaceable pile brushes allow the guard to 'hover' close to the tyre without rubbing, and negate the need for tough, heavy fittings and keeps the mudguard guard central over the wheel

Good Option For Cx Bike

I recommend this product
ConsCoverage could still be better for CX, little protection for following riders.
ProsFits wide tyre bikes with no eyelets, decent coverage
A good option that provides much better coverage than clip-ons for cyclocross/gravel bikes that do not have eyelets for guards. They take a bit of time to fit well (like any guard). The glue on the duotek is VERY adhesive so I measured/aligned about 3 times as once it touches bike it sticks firm!
In use they are rather quiet and provide decent protection for the bike and rider (but not for those following). The MK2 roadracers are still the choice for group rides if you have 25mm or smaller tyres. I feel this MK3 guard is compromised a bit for CX/disc bikes as it is slimmed down in too many areas to fit endurance road bike frames so you lose some coverage in areas. Still the best option for my Pickenflick. Will try adding a bit of old inner tube as a front mud-flap.

Can these be used on a bike with no chainstay bridge?

These are cable tied around the seat tube so require no bridge to bolt to.
