Is this for mounting to a nut axles?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've recently bought a SKS Raceblade Long Mudguard Set and then realised that its only for QR axles, while there's a traditional nut and bolt axles on my bike. I'm now looking for an adaptor and is this plastic end cup something that will solve my headache?
