Do these act as a safety release like the secu fitting?

Does this kit include the short adjuster bolts ?

Does this kit include the short adjuster bolts ? Am after a replacement bolt and nut as 1 has gone AWOL.

SJS Customer Service:

This just includes the bolts/nuts/washer to clamp from adapter to the guard stay.
