20'' front suspension forks with V brakes

It's for my recumbent with 20'' front wheel. Hit a pot hole and broke the original front mtb type front mudguard. Should have photographed it before binning it and going on my way! I think the clip part may have been orange in colour?

Do you need to buy stays to attach the mudguards to the frame, or do they come in the kit?
