SKS Secu-Clip (3.4mm) for Chromoplastics / Longboard front mudguard stay.

Replacement Secu-Clip, also known as a safety tab for use with SKS Chromoplastic guards. The Secu clip releases the mudguard to stop the guard causing the wheel to jam or come to an abrupt stop.

I bought these to fit on the front stays of Flinger mudguards. The Flingers come with a similar type clip but it was too wide to fit on the inside fork mounting point and hit the spokes. These were slightly narrower and the stay, whilst needing a firm push to get it in, fitted perfectly. Two small tabs open up to accommodate the stay. Fast delivery and product is well made. All good.

Which Secuclip Do I Need

I have SKS chromoplastic mudgurds fitted to a bike with 23mm tyres. Which secu clip do I need (as I have broken one of them) 3mm or 3.4mm?

Providing it is actually the SKS Chromoplastic model of mudguard you have then you will need the 3.4mm Secu clips.
