Wil the Rack Mount on the Passport Seat Clamp allow a 5mm threaded rod to go right through so I can use butterfly nuts to secure a rack ?

Thank you for your enquiry. The rack mounts on this clamp are thread for M5 bolts so you should be able to get a 5mm rod through.

My seatpost is 26.4mm

To ensure this clamp product is the solution to hold your 26.4mm seat post in place, please measure the outside diameter of your seat tube so you can then select the correct size option of 28.6mm, 30 mm etc etc.

The inner diameter of this clamp can be 31.8mm or 34.9mm depending on which option you select from the dropdown menu. Depending on the size of your seatpost these can either clamp straight to your seatpost or onto your frame in place of your previous seatpost clamp, you will need to match up either your seatpost or your frame to be one of these two sizes so you know it can fit.
