Are They Compatible With The Shimano Spd Sl Cleats?

I've bought some in the past which were too long and stuck up into my foot, wondered if these are the same that come with the original Shimano cleats?

Hi,
Although they are compatible with SPD-SL cleats, they are much longer than the original ones. To gain ones the correct length you will need to but six individually of SJSC part number 30505.
