Fitted my 25/30 year old orange SKS track pump perfectly. The pump isn't labelled as "TP11" (nor "RENNKOMPRESSOR", the spare pasts list from which I got SKS part number). My pump's steel barrel has a 30.0mm outside diameter. It's easy to fit: no tools required.
