So, what is total setback (offset) of this seatpost?

Description isn't clear about it - it says "extra" and then "25mm" which is standard offset. Does it have some feature giving you additional offset on top of it?
The offset from CenterPoint of the Seatpost to the CenterPoint of the clamp is 25mm, you can adjust this slightly by moving your saddle forward or backward within the clamp.
