I recommend this product
The clamp bolt does the job and is at a reasonable price however I changed the bolt because of corrosion on the old bolt. It would have been good to have abstain less steel option.

How is the length of the bolt measured please?

How is the length of the bolt measured please? I need a bolt for a frame with a measure of 21mm from outside to outside of the bolt location. Would this be the correct size?
The 19mm is from the inside of the bolt heads when thread closed.
