Hi, Not sure if you can help - do they fit M070 shoes - looks like they might although the shape would not fill in all of the blue plastic showing around cleat area as this has rounded ends (if that makes sense)! Also are the plates part of the assembly or just replacements if the existing fixing plate (fixed in shoe) are damaged? Many thanks

Visually they look compatible. The boltholes on the base of my shoes are at 14mm centres across the way and at 10mm centres back to front

Hi, no these covers are for Shimano MT33/MT43 & MT53 shoes. They replace the SPD cleats and cover the holes in the sole of the shoes. Thanks

Thank you for your enquiry, these should fit however we would not be able to advise as to whether the tread pattern of the cleat cover would protrude above the existing tread of the shoes as we do not stock them.

These cleat covers are designed to be fitted in place of the cleats and are only for use on flat pedals as they will not 'clip' into an SPD pedal.

Wishing to convert my SPD SL cycling shoes to regular, non clip in shoes (tried cycling with cleats and didn't enjoy it)
Hi,

These will unfortunately not work with an SPD SL shoe. These cleat covers use the standard SPD closely spaced two bolt pattern where as SPD SL cleats use 3 bolts that are much more widely spaced.
