If the base plate loses a bolt, can you buy a replacement bolts for the 3 bolt part that attaches to the shoes?

Would I need to raise my saddle when using this adaptor to compensate for more depth to my cleat setup?

Are the 'side supports' one piece with the base or are they stuck-on pieces of rubber like the SH40's which never stay stuck put for long.
