ProsGenuine Shimano Product, well packaged, prompt delivery
Seeking a replacement spoke for new Shimano RS010 front wheel the knowledgeable staff at SJS (Ed Welsh) identified spoke as fitted to R500 ie 278mm part no YO123Z785. Order placed with subsequent well packaged prompt delivery. Genuine Shimano product with Excellent service from SJS.

Does This Spoke Come With A Fitted Washer?

R500 front wheels have a washer fitted to each spoke to spread the load at the rim/
Hi,

These spokes do not come with any form of washer I'm afraid. There is no mention of a washer in any of Shimano's technical documents for the R500 and there is nothing available from Shimano's UK supplier so we can't supply them separately either I'm afraid.
