What we meant is that the fittings are identical, but we have never fitted one to an Alfine as it is not recommended by Shimano.

Does the 23008 (your P/N) fits Alfine 8? Do you have rear cog 16T for Alfine? BR

This sprocket could in theory fit an Alfine 8 but it has not been designed too. The Alfine hub has only been designed around an 18t or 20t sprocket option I'm afraid.
