Most likely yes- however as we have never fitted it to this hub we cannot confirm.

Is the body of this the same thickness as the 1/8 version?

In other words, if I change from a 1/8 to 3/32 will I need a spacer? Thanks.

You should no need a spacer, but we have not test fitted this.
