I used this stem to get extra reach on a bike with a short top tube. It has quite a large 17 degree angle which makes it great for getting extra height if you need it. I flipped it over to allow me to get lower on a bike with a tall head tube. Its nicely made and has an unusual four bolt clamp with rounded edges on the top face of each clamp. You need to read the instructions when fitting it. Put the rounded edges at the top and tighten those 2 bolts fully before the lower bolts. Its not difficult and is supposed to give a better clamping force. An ideal stem for getting a longer reach than normal or for raising or lowering the bars quite considerably
