I have used Zefal toeclips on at least four bicycles for many years. They prevent your feet slipping off the pedals in the wet, especially when standing on the pedals, and you can easily detach your feet from the pedals unlike the old clips with straps. They also do help to lift the crank in the up-stroke though they are obviously not as efficient as road cleats.

Simple to fit. These simple toe clips do the job they were intend to do. Light and easy to insert and remove foot from the pedal. Would certainly recommend.

Superb safety aid that keeps your feet in the correct position and prevents them from coming off if you hit a bump. Takes a bit of practice to master the ‘flip’ but soon becomes second nature.l have the S/M size and l wear size 9 and that is comfortable for me. Highly recommended.

I bought these for my 7 year old son, who loves cycling and loves cycling fast. Occasionally his feet would slip off the pedal and at speed, and of course that'd be very dangerous.

These toe straps are absolutely perfect for a little boy. He now already knows how to get his feet into toe clips (how many Adults can say that !) and of course he can now cycle very fast with no worries about his feet slipping out whilst pedalling quickly !

Why I bought these was I like flat pedals but hate my feet slipping off wet pedals and I find being fully attached to the pedal is a nuisance. Like any toe clip you quickly get used to flipping it and getting your foot into it quickly when you are taking off.
