ProsNo special shoes required.
Now on my third pair of these, to replace the first pair that wore out after about twenty years of use. Which makes the price OK after all. They're on both my main bikes and are used regularly.

ProsWork
I use strapless toeclips but my latest bikes is shorter than my other bikes. The toeclips will hit the front tyre so I've fitted Power Grips.

A word of warning - if like me you prefer not to be advertising Power Grips and want to fit the Power Grips black side beware, make sure that you fit the strap to the rear of the pedal so that it looks identical to how it would look if you fitted it with the name on top. This will involve changing the direction of the screw. I didn't do this the first time and found them almost impossible to slip my feet into.

Fit it correctly and they are brilliant.

Does this set include the pedal, the strap and all the necessary bolts? basically is it all that is showing in the picture?
and is this price for the pair?
and a 3rd and least important question: do you know the weight for the set/pair?

Thank you
Thank you for you enquiry, as per item text pedals are not included, it is a pair of straps and fixings only.

Can I fit Power Grips to my new Sylvan Road Pedals? the side with the two bolts is fine, it's the side with one bolt
Hello, the MKS Sylvan road needs this part for toe straps: 23674. You cannot fit the Power Grips to these peddles due to the mounting points only being on the back of the peddle.

Thanks,

Can I use these on an M149 peddle? Thanks

As we do not have these peddles to test, I cannot confirm however the bolt used to connect the strap is 5mm in diameter, so as long as you can get this bolt through then yes they will fit.
Can I use these with wellgo b144 pedals?
By

I'm not sure if the fixing kit would attach to a wellgo b144.
We do not think this is likely, sorry!
