does everything you would want it to at a reasonable price

ConsShort handle
This tool has a very short handle. Add this to the problem with gaining purchase on a narrow lockring and it makes it impractical, especially if the lockring is in any way rusted on.

Probably fine for removing a well maintained bottom bracket but not for renovating an older one.
