We have not tried t use this with the adaptors, they were originally intended for use with the ring spanners not the sockets. SK 03/04/23

Compatible with BB-RS500?

Hi, I am considering buying a bike with Ultegra 8000 crank and BB-RS500 threaded bottom bracket. Two questions please:
1) Will the splines on the IceToolz socket fit the BB-RS500?
2) My torque wrench has a 3/8 drive. Can I use a 3/8 to 1/2 adaptor to make my wrench work with the IceToolz socket, or is more likely to make the socket slip and damage the bracket cups?

Hello, yes this will fit your BB- RS500, however, we do not suggest using adapters to make this tool fit.
