I recommend this product
ConsWith inner sleeve possible issues.
ProsEasy to use.
Tool done the job intended with no issues at all. Although I never had the inner sleeve between the bottom bracket which made it easy as others had issue with this tool if there is a inner sleeve.
Good service and quick delivery.
Does The Trick But Be Careful

I recommend this product
ConsNot good for softer BB Shells
ProsCheap, flexible and compact
This tool does the trick however it needs fiddling and due care. If your bottom bracket shell is not alluminium and is bare carbon i do not recommend using this tool, spend the money on an the fancy extractors where there's no impact or chance of shell damage. (It's usually only carbon on very high end race bikes.) The reason for this is the flaired prongs can scrape along the bottom bracket shell if not seated correctly on the bearings.
I got round this by compressing the flair with my hands so it didn't spread as much and could sit it straight on the bearings (BB30 for GXP in this case). Make sure you can't wobble the tool when you've got it placed against the bearings, if you can it means it's not sat against the bearing properly and you're about to put a potentially damaging blow to the frame and bb shell.

Ultimately aslong as you don't have a carbon BB shell and steel cups i'd recommend this tool.

Would This Work On Sram Gxp Pressfit Bb'S ? As One Side Is 22Mm ?
By
21 Nov 2016
Hi,

It has only been designed for internal dimensions as small as 24mm so we cannot recommend it for use with a GXP press fit bottom bracket I'm afraid. It may work, but we have never tested it so have to go on the manufacturers recommendation.

Thanks.
Ice Toolz Pf Bearing Removal Tool What Od Dia. Is The Main Shaft On This Tool ?
By

I am trying to determine will this fit through a Campag Power Torque PF 68 46 BB cups. The bearing inside Dia is about 26mm
Hi,

The diameter of the main shaft is 19.2mm, it is designed for use with bearings that have an internal diameter of down to 24mm so it should be fine with your Campagnolo bottom bracket.

Thanks.
