2-way tool that integrates an external bottom bracket and cassette tool into one dual purpose tool. Designed for use with the 32 mm CNC rod or an adjustable wrench. Tool is made of durable heat treated steel CNC-machined for an extremely accurate tool engagement. BB socket tool is compatible with most external style BBs. Cassette tool is compatible with most cassette lockrings.

This is a combo tool.
Cassette lock ring tool, Shimano external BB tool.
Can be used with an adjustable wrench. But that's not optimal. Using a ratchet wrench, with a socket lock ring tool, or a lock ring tool with an handle is much better, I would go for socket if travelling, but for easy and fast access I recommend a tool with a handle. I have Abbey Crombie Dual sided.
I've not tried the BB tool.

is this comparable with the smaller 105 Ultergrea BB's?

Hi,
This tool is designed for the standard sized Shimano bearing cups not the smaller 105 and Ultegra ones, you'll still need the TL-FC25 adaptor tool which is SJSC part number 40245.
