Will This Fit (Somehow) Into A Cool Tool?

I have an old CoolTool type of multitool. It's good for older bikes as it has an adjustable wrench. But, the chain tool pin falls out, and after (ahem) years, it's really lost this time. Would you be good enough to tell me the diameter of the threaded part of this, it may be bodgeable in. The CoolTool hole isn't threaded, but this may jam in.
