ProsReliable and effective
Can be anchored in to the cartridge by using a washer and the crank bolt to maximise torque. Does the job, even with hard-to-shift cartridges.

Are Park Tools Bottom Bracket Tool BBT 22 and BBT32 interchangeable or are they specific to the ISIS or square drives?

Yes they are interchangeable, the BB32 is the light-duty version, while the 22 is more heavy-duty for professional workshop use.
