Brilliant - with a big BUT

5 stars, but a big BUT. It appears not all Alfine11 speed, hubs, eg mine, have an Inner Cable Fixing Bolt Unit that is aligned so that works with the tool. After hours of frustration and a search on the web, I found that to use the tool you need to ensure you have the correct Inner Cable Fixing Bolt Unit. After I fitted the correct bolt unit, bingo cable fitted correctly in 5 minutes with no need to adjust.
Hence if you are unsure if you have the correct fixing bolt, order the following at the same time:
SJSC part# 38501 - Shimano Alfine SG-S700 CJ-S700 Inner Cable Fixing Bolt Unit -

Possible Error Information

As far as I know the TL-S700 cable tool is used to measure the cable fixing position for the lock nut on the Alfine 11 hub. You have it shown as being for the S7000 8 Speed hub. Is this an error or do both Alfine hubs use the same lock nut position? It is definitely different on the Nexus hubs.
