Hopefully this is a daft question... does it come with instructions? Like, what is the ideal tension for a spoke? Is there an upper and lower limit, and if so, what are those values?
This is the sort of info I would hope comes with the device. I have been building wheels for years but have always relied on 'feel'. I have no idea what the tension should actually be... if you get me?
