Can I get a new adapter only for an M12 1.75 thru axle

My adapters allan key thread has worn down but the axle itself is still fine. Can I get a new adapter only for an M12 1.75 thru axle or do I have to repurchase the whole thing?

The axle code is KID223.
Sadly the adaptor is part of the axle so it will need completely replacing. SK 28/01/26
