I recommend this product
ConsBad for cleaning
ProsGood for transport
Bought this thinking I could use it for travelling and cleaning, but the sprocket is fixed, so it can't be used with a chain cleaner.
Still good for transport though.
Instructions don't come with it but are on youtube

ConsCheap plastic sprocket, which is static on the axle
ProsEasy to adjust lengths, easy to fit on the bike
Two reasons to buy
- Protect the frame (from the chain) and rear stays clamped during travel.

ConsAssembly initially
ProsSolid construction
Great for MTBs to keep chain tension on and maintain frame integrity to some extent (e.g. bike box). Disc brake adaptor works well. More opaque is how to get supplied chain-wheel onto skewer and then how to adapt to 130mm (road) vs. 135mm (MTB) widths. The Birzman YouTube video does demonstrate this - you essentially need two allen keys to 'unlock' the skewer after which you reassemble and tighten. Very solid construction generally.
