Really wasn't expecting much for £19.39
Was shocked to receive a British made wheel which is strong, well made, runs perfectly true and seems very good quality for the money.
Would highly recommend.

Can you recommend an 8 speed cassette that could be used on this wheel. I would like to use it in a recumbent on a turbo trainer.

This wheel can't accept a cassette as it is only designed for a screw on freewheel. You may need to adjust the axle spacing to allow you to fit an 8spd freewheel onto this wheel. All of the 8spd freewheels we stock share the same thread so providing there is space to fit an 8spd freewheel any we sell will be suitable.

Will This Fit A Dahon Speed P8?
25 Jun 2014

Unfortunately as we're not a Dahon dealer I can't say for sure if it will fit or not. It will fit providing your bike uses a 135mm spaced rear dropout. Also this hub uses a screw on freewheel which doesn't accept a normal cassette which your bike would have been originally supplied with.

Would This Take A Multispeed Freewheel??
07 Apr 2014
Will this, or the other 20in prebuilt you offer, take a multispeed (6 speed) Shimano freewheel?? Or will it only take singlespeed? Also, what is the over locknut dimension??

Yes the hub on this wheel can take a 6spd freewheel without any issues. The over locknut dimension for this hub is 135mm.
