Do you have a matching front wheel for this rear one?

No, we do not have a pre-build front wheel to match this.

Have you got a single speed freewheel that I can screw on to this? The lower the cost the better.

This is never going to be used on a bike! I'm helping build a walking frame for "Eddie Kidd" so that he can do a charity walk.
