I recommend this product
A cheap pre-built wheel that will replace a damaged similar quality wheel.

Whilst it arrived well packaged it was out of true enough that it was necessary to re-true.

ConsNone at the price
Extraordinary cheap, but reasonable quality. Did not need trueing and bearings are fine. Ideal for my 10 mile commute which includes tarmac, potholes, trail, moorland. My bike is a 35 year old 531 tourer with racks and guards. Putting £100 pound wheel on would be just nonsense!

ProsGood value low priced wheel
For 22 pounds you cant expect much, but it seems workmanlike.
Fitted the freewheel without any problems so not sure of comments in other review. Wheel not true when it arrived but tweaked it into shape with a few turns of spoke key which took about 10 mins. I guess it could have got bent at the sorting office. Done about 100miles on it so far and seems solid enough. If it lasts a few years I'll be more than pleased as a high quality wheel will set you back at least 50 to 60 quid.
Poor Quality

ConsPoor quality
For the price you cant expect much more but the metal quality is very poor. I'm not expecting the one I bought to last more than a few years. The manufacture of the hub is substandard. I found it impossible to mount a freewheel without the biggest spanner in my box and even then it would not screw on the whole way. Buy a better quality one if you expect to use it for more than the shoping run.

Can this wheel be adjusted to 130 OLN, for use with 7 speed screw on hub?? Many thanks

Hello this is possible to reduce thi down to 130 OLN, however we do not recommend using the wheel in this setup.

Can I use this with a 5 speed freewheel? And is the O.L.D actually 135MM?
25 Jan 2019
As 135MM is more common with 9 Speed (I need a 126MM O.L.D).
We have never tested this with a 5 speed, yes its 135mm.

Production of 126mm hubs is pretty slim apart from - SJS Cycles part number : 26578H32

Hi, would this be fine for a single sprocket, to run fixed?

Hi there,

This is designed for a multi speed freewheel only.

Would This Fit A 6 Speed Cassette?

To replace a wheel on a 60s racer.

The hub in this wheel is designed to take a screw on freewheel, it can definitely take a 6spd freewheel though.
