Stopped a knocking sound

I recommend this product
Seems ridiculously overpriced for a single washer, but that's not SJS's fault. They are covered in rubber, and have a protruding bit that slots into the hub. Fitting them stopped my cranks from 'knocking' on every rotation. I fitted these to a second-hand FSA crankset that looked like it had similar washers in the manual. Couldn't buy the correct FSA ones, but these did the job.

Which way round does the ring go? One side is bare metal - the other black plastic.

Does the metal side go next to the crank, or next to the BB?
Thanks.
The plastic side must be orientated towards the bearing, the metal side to the crank arm. SK 16/02/23

Is this the o-ring that inserts just inside the crank arm to form a seal against the bottom bracket? 24mm inner diameter, approx 27mm outer.
Yes, this o ring sits on the crank arm itself forming a seal against the BB. if you can let me know the FC code of your crankset I can confirm if this is the part you require.

Hi, are these supposed to be fitted to both sides on an FC-9000 Crankset?
Took mine to pieces recently for cleaning and there was only one installed to the drive side yet the exploded view for FC-9000 seems to show one on both?
Thanks
Hi, yes one on each side. Thanks

is this the spacer ring between bottom bracket and pedal arm?

also does this model need a grub screw that fits into hollow section and secures pedal arm
if it does do you sell them
This spacer sits on the crank axle, drive side, against the spider. The details for parts relating to the FC-M590-10 chainset are here - http://si.shimano.com/pdfs/ev/EV-FC-M590-10-3207B.pdf
