Hollowtech II crank arm.
By Richard Dewhurst

Is this the o-ring that inserts just inside the crank arm to form a seal against the bottom bracket? 24mm inner diameter, approx 27mm outer.
SJS Customer Service:
Yes, this o ring sits on the crank arm itself forming a seal against the BB. if you can let me know the FC code of your crankset I can confirm if this is the part you require.

Hi, are these supposed to be fitted to both sides on an FC-9000 Crankset?
Took mine to pieces recently for cleaning and there was only one installed to the drive side yet the exploded view for FC-9000 seems to show one on both?
Thanks

These are shown on the exploded diagram of the R8000 crankset , I presume they are recommended by both yourselves and Shimano? They actually came with my first R8000 groupset.

Yes, these are required as part of the chainset.

This spacer sits on the crank axle, drive side, against the spider. The details for parts relating to the FC-M590-10 chainset are here - http://si.shimano.com/pdfs/ev/EV-FC-M590-10-3207B.pdf
