This inner chainring can only be used with Shimano Ultegra FC-6750 10 speed double chainsets with a 50-34T set up.

The following are a "B" match which indicates that the parts are usable, but differ in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.

Will This C34T Chainring Fit A Shimano Cx70 Chainset?

I want to swap the 36t chainring on my cx70 chains for a 34t, however shimano don't make a dedicated cx70 chainring in 34t (they do for 36t it's on your website for sale)

Would this ring fit (both rings are 5 bolt and 110bcd)

This chainring would indeed be compatible with that set up, you may need to adjust your front derailleur to account for the difference in ring size though.
