Can I use this with an 8 speed acera rear mech and cassette?

Does this come with the bottom bracket included or do you need to buy this separately?

Not really, its an MTB chainset that you're using with Road levers, while you can most likely get this to work- we haven't tested it to confirm cross compatibility.
