I have just ordered it and then wondering if it is correct.
This is not the direct replacement, but may fit. We are unable to get hold of the direct replacement currently.

Thanks - 31/12/18
Will This Fit For A Shimano Fc-T4010 48/38/28 Chainset?
By

I'm trying to find a suitable chain guard for my Shimano FC-T4010 48/38/28 chainset. Will this one fit, or is there any other in your selection that you would recommend?
Hi,

This would not be the correct chainguard for your chainset I'm afraid, the chainguard you need is SJSC part number 38689.

Thanks.
Will This Guard Fit My Raleigh Altare Chainwheel
By

My cycle has Shimano gears with a 48 tooth main chain wheel. The plastic guard has shattered, the original has a measurement of 11.5mm between the fixing points. It looks very similar to the orig.
Hi,

The distance between the bolt holes in this guard is 120mm, so I doubt it will be a suitable replacement for your previous guard.

Thanks.
Will This Fit On A Suntour Xcr 48T Crankset?
By
13 Aug 2014
Mine has snapped off beyond repair. It has four holes with a BCD of 170mm.
Hi, it has the same BCD measurement but we don't stock any of the Suntour chainsets so whether the fitting system is the same we couldn't answer. The Shimano chainguard is supplied with 4 small screws so if that is the same as your current system then it should be fine. Regards, Jamie
Will This Item Fit The Chain Ring Of A Specialized Hotro
By

Will this time fit the chain ring of a Specialized Hotrock cycle?
Hi, its hard to say whether this will fit or not without knowing the chainset that you have fitted to the bike & whether it will accept a chainguard designed for a 104mm BCD chainset. If you could email an image with some details of the bike to [email protected] & we will see if everything is ok. Regards Jamie
Is There A Chain Guard To Fit Shimano Fc M591 Chainwheel
By

Diamondback Contra 700
Shimano Deore front and rear derailleur 27 gear
Hi, there isn't a specific chainguard available to fit the FC-M591 chainset however this one should still fit as it has the same Bolt Circle Diameter & it looks as though it uses the same fixing screws. We cannot guarantee that it is exactly the same but they do look similar. Regards Jamie
Will This Chainguard Fit A Deore Chanset Same Teeth?
By
24 Jul 2014
Hi,

Unfortunately it will not, this chainguard fits to a specific outer chainring from an Alivio chainset designed to take a guard. There are a few models of Deore that can accept a chainguard, but it is unlikely to be this guard that's used and to know I would require the exact model number printed on the rear of the crank arm.

Thanks.
