Can I use this with 105 FD-5700 and 105 ST-5700 (all double)?

Can I use this with 105 FD-5700 and 105 ST-5700 (all double)? Basically, I have a 105 10-speed 5700 groupset. Sorry my question is similar to an earlier one. Just looking for your expert opinion.
Hello, as long as the system speed is the same, and the front derailleurs have the range to work with a 46/30 chainset this should work, however, Shimano says you should use GRX front derailleurs and as we have not fitted this combo ourself I cannot confirm the compatibility.

Hope this helps,

Can I use this on a road bike with an Ultegra 6700 double front mech & a 105 GS 10sp rear mech?
15 Apr 2020
The BB on the bike is a Hollowtech II.
the chainset will work on the cups, but the size range is wrong for the front mech, you don't say which shifters you have, assuming 10s road Shimano STI the travel will be correct. if you order the Shimano GRX FD-RX400 10 Speed Double Front Derailleur - Down Pull - Braze-on (SJS Cycles part number : 50783) if will be good for the chainset but the cable pull will be wrong for your shifters. Can I fit this to an mtb?
11 Nov 2019
I am building a monster cross bike and would like taller gearing. Would this crank fit in a standard mtb bottom bracket shell? Or is it slightly too short?
These fit in road BBs.
