Are there any options, from any manufacturer, for a smaller outer ring?

Are there any options for 46, 44 or even a 42 outer ring?

Hello & thank you for your enquiry.
You can take outer ring option to a 46 with inner at 30 by way of Shimano GRX FC-RX600 11 speed or FSA Tempo or Omega Adventure.
