Does this include the bolt, if not where can I get a suitable one?

Hi, the pulley bolt is not included. As far as we know Shimano do not sell it. You are looking for Y-5V8 98040 which is an M5 thread, 15.4 mm long with a domed head not counter sunk (as far as I can tell from the tech doc). Unfortunately we have nothing in stock that long. Thanks

Which Pulley Is Which?

I would like to know which pulley is which for the rd m410 shifter. There is one with an internal metal bushing and one without.

The one with the internal metal bushing is the guide pulley which is the top one that sits closest the the cassette.
