Shimano Ultegra RD-R8000 11 speed rear derailleur Cable Adjusting Bolt Unit.

The cheap plastic adjuster is simply not suitable for purpose.
This part is standard on my Shimano Ultegra R8000 and I replaced it with a more robust alloy one, which actually does the job.

ConsShouldn’t really be needed - but may well be.
ProsFits and works well
The new Ultegra rear mech is designed so the cable adjuster seems much more exposed and vulnerable to knocks than previous iterations. Hence my need for a replacement. Much better than having to replace the whole unit (if you could find one!).
