Spring is too strong, tried various settings with cable tension and cage height but cannot select big ring without using alot of force on the brifter. Can I use a less powerful spring or another derailleur? Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately there are not any other springs that we're aware of that would work. Shifting to the outer ring will always require a larger amount of force than shifting up to the middle ring.
