Huge pockets are addictive. Cordura fabric keeps these hole free scuff free. Tons of room. I've even had a hedge cutter poking out of this to just about anything I need to take without going to a surly big dummy. But one major problem that almost everyone I know who has them absolutely hates. The bolts for the fixings and latch come apart from the fabric because the threads work loose so very important if loading some weight into them the nuts and threads are all replaced where it attaches to rack with a rubbery threaded nut or loctite or similar. Ortlieb have done alot to save weight out of these to their sheer size but that shows as back isn't close to as solid as standard roller front and rear. Flexible and that allows stress on the fixing frame to point it will bend under strain hence bolts have a time staying secure
